A large statue of Our Lady of Fatima and the Infant of Prague are placed in the area where the apparition will take place. A row of chairs is positioned in front of the statues. Tables flank the area where the statues sit, upon which objects are placed. Our Lady blesses these object during the apparition. Photographs of individuals and prayer petitions, placed in envelopes, are often placed on the tables as well. These items are retrieved after the prayer group meeting. A table is usually set up in the back of the hall, offering free pamphlets and literature. At times, a Mission of Mercy booth is set up, offering literature and information. Attendees mingle and have fellowship before the prayer and praise segments begin.
