The Feast of the Father of All Mankind is an annual observance occurring on the first Sunday in August, a day on which participants consecrate themselves to God Our Father. The seven days leading up to the feast, and consecration, is a time of spiritual preparation, which includes 20-30 minutes of prayer and spiritual reflections each day. The devotion, in its entirety, is posted on this site and is also available in a new print version. The new print version is a recommended way to participate in the praying of this devotion. It is set in an easy to understand order and allows participants the freedom to say the devotion anywhere. The exquisite beauty of this extraordinary devotion shines through any format used. Therefore, choose that which is most useful to you. Most importantly, do not miss this opportunity to experience a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father, while at the same time experiencing His endless love for you, through participation in this powerful devotion.
For those who enjoy the experience of on-line prayer, simply read through the remaining page and follow the prompts.

The Sequence
This devotion extends for a period of eight days. Participation in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is recommended for each day, during the eight day period, whenever possible. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is also recommended during the eight day period, or after the consecration, which occurs on the eighth and final day of the devotion.
The following is done each day on the seven days that lead up to the feast; as well as, on the feast day, itself. Allow 20 to 30 minutes for the completion of these prayers. To begin the devotion, click on the "Preparatory Prayer" link below, and follow the prompts.
