* Prophecies deemed “Impossible” by nonbelievers; such as, massive numbers of fish dying due to polluted water and disease, have occurred and continue to occur. * Prophecies pronounced “Nonsense” by doubters; such as, A cashless society will develop around the world, are now in place. Swipe your card, or give your card’s numbers, that’s all it takes. Carrying cash is no longer necessary in the major societies around the world today. * Prophecies judged “Ridiculous” by cynics; such as, There will be disasters naturally, humanly, spiritually, were once considered grim fairy tales of doom and gloom, but now every newscast is filled with reports of the disaster du jour. And, the disasters are not limited to those in the headlines, but are also being experienced privately by countless individuals. It appears that very few families in these times have escaped suffering that seems relentless.
And then the message from Our Lady of Emmitsburg on September 20, 2008:
“…I have foretold a long time ago as to the events to unfold. This country [USA] is in more danger than perhaps the population understands. It is more than a crisis; and it will affect the entire world, not only through monetary means, but through other issues as well.
“Remember, I said: When the time comes, there will be calamities one right after another, so that you will not be able to keep up and focus on only one event. That is why you must be prepared. I have oftentimes invited you and told you that there is no time for fear, only time for change.
“So it is important to go where God leads you, to follow Him and to be at peace. No human being can place peace within your heart. The wise, who have eyes to see and ears to hear, will see and hear the Truth.”

Consider this: In the not too distant past, we experienced the beginning of the US financial crisis, which continues to impact the current financial climate in the US and around the globe. We then watched as Greece, Ireland, Portugal, and Spain experienced financial breakdowns. On the heels of those catastrophes, we learned of the eruption of violence in Egypt, which kick started a restructuring of power in the Middle East. Then, an unheard of 9.0 earthquake shook Japan, with nuclear power plant meltdown complications. This was followed by an onslaught of tornados in the US in April, 2011 that wiped entire towns off the face of the earth. The tornados were so numerous the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration reported it will require several month to present its statistics and calculations : “…due to the extreme nature of the tornado activity this month [April, 2011], it will take several months for the count of tornadoes and tornado-related fatalities/injuries to be finalized.” Then, the US experienced a flood in the heartland of the nation, of epic proportions.
Clearly, Our Lady’s words, “there will be calamities one right after another, so that you will not be able to keep up and focus on only one event” have come to pass. For those “who have eyes to see and ears to hear” Our Lady’s unfolding prophecies provide proof that she has indeed given messages to the world at Emmitsburg, through Gianna Talone Sullivan.
So, now that we know and believe, how do we proceed?
The answer is simple. We pray. And we follow Our Lady of Emmitsburg to the only place of True Safety, into the very Arms, into the very Heart, of God. There is no need to fear, there is only the need for change. There is only the urgent need to convert all the cold areas of our hearts into hearts on fire with the love of God, remaining in His Grace, doing His Will. It takes time to change. That’s why it is so important to begin now, right now in this moment. Our Lady of Emmitsburg will help. And now, in a special way, we can implore her help in a very special private devotion, the recitation of The Litany of Our Lady of Emmitsburg.
